USDA Sanitary Curtains - FDA Compliant for Raw Food Contact

USDA compliant xray curtains are manufactured from lead free protective rubber, which is compliant with US FDA regulations for use in direct food contact applications, specified under 21 CFR 177.600 (e) and 177.2600 (f).  

The custom cut curtains comply with USDA sanitation requirements for meat and poultry processing plants, specified under the USDA Guidelines for the Sanitary Design and Fabrication of Dairy Processing Equipment, part G11.

Curtains have been tested and conform to 3-A Sanitary Standards for rubber materials suitable for exposure to chemical solutions used in cleaning and bactericidal treatment up to 180 F (82 C).

Our curtains are gapped for easy sanitation.  Each curtain position consists of two curtain layers which are overlapped to provide full radiation protection.
