Annual Inspection and Radiation Surveys 

Federally Mandated Routine Compliance Testing for Cabinet Xray Systems 

Our 15 Point test for Cabinet Xray Systems follows the CDRH Recommended Procedures 

Safety Inspection - 10 Point Inspection of Safety Protocols as required under 21 CFR 1020.40 including verification of XYZ 

Radiation Survey – Utilizing the CDRH Designated Meter or equivalent, conducting a 360 degree survey to confirm compliance to US standard. 

Issuance of Annual Certificate  

State Compliance Check - Review of procedures for adherence to applicable state regulations for Record Keeping, Training, Notices, Registration, and Monitoring. 

 

 

Performance Verification for Support of Quality Audits 

Many manufacturers who are subject to quality audits by their customers are required to provide third party verification of performance standards.  We have experience providing third party verification of xray system performance in food manufacturing facilities.  Whether required annually or quarterly, we  

will regularly test your equipment to individual requirements and specifications. All results will be documented through our verification procedures to adhere to those requirements. 

Certified contaminant test pieces will be used for the performance verification procedure.  Documentation will include a test report and certificate of performance.
