Ultralight UHMW

Lightweight xray curtains can be critical when inspecting small packaged products.  Our newest ultralight curtains have a UHMW polyethylene skin which greatly increases lifetime while further improving the ease at which product passes through the xray system.  Many of our customers already use our ultralight xray curtains, which are less than 0.5 mm thick and weigh just 1.6 kg/m2 (0.3 lbs/ft2).  

This new UHMW skinned product has been accepted by major food manufacturers to prevent jamming of lightweight product and to maintain product spacing when the xray system is installed prior to a checkweigher.

The xray curtains can be purchased in sheet and custom cut forms.
